We want you to love your Kickers, but if they aren't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place your unworn footwear in its original shoe box and secure it inside a mailing bag or outer box to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Drop Off
Print your prepaid returns label or generate a QR code from the portal, then drop your package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
